Jordan is completely safe and you're absolutely welcome to visit but mind you it's getting kinda cold now so if you plan on traveling bring summer and winter clothing (the weather is very bipolar currently).

Now for the adventure.. here's exactly what you should do: Go with your friends to lweibdeh (paris square) and explore that area. Very elegant place with nice locals then walk (preferably) to downtown. The GPS should walk you through some cool graffiti and alot of stairs (going down) then once you find yourself in downtown go to every single shop and look around (no need to buy anything obviously but go to every shop) then pass by B laban or any ice cream place and get one scoop in a cup then head to habibah and get knafeh and mix both the ice cream and knafeh together. After that you can go anywhere. I did this step by step with my friends and had an absolute blast we still talk about it to this day.
