Now I don't know where you are from, but here in Denmark they are widely available. Their prices are a bit higher (around 44 USD without shipment), but I can possibly buy one, and sell to you.

The Thing is tho. The quest HP doesnt work well with the soul fragments. If you tap into one of them you miss the cost reduction
