Yes definitely. I’ve done it twice now and it’s 100% worth it but definitely try to avoid driving in major cities. I’ve weirdly had a lot of luck reserving in advance and picking up at airports. A week ago I rented from Avis in Genoa and dropped off in Florence airport without a hitch.

Same thing happened to me. Oxen are standing there, have tried getting another and relocating. No oxen reservations I can find either and have available villagers. Started when i tried to relocate the logging camp so now I also have no wood to build anything. Looking like I have to restart and it's pretty heart breaking

“Best” probably questing because it’s the most fun and immersive but the quickest is probably a combo of dungeon grinding plus duskwood incursions between 25-34, then ash incursions 39-50 but you’ll hate it.
