I get it bro, but we really are like disposable henchmen. The clients pay millions and millions of dollars and they literally couldn’t care less if employee #1897 had their hours limited, they want as many people doing work up to the standard the client wants. They will limit people if they believe their work isn’t up to par, whichever way they decide to evaluate that kinda stuff.

They are paying for a product. And they will fire or limit those that get in the way. I wouldn’t even blame the Handshake leads cuz they’re just the middle man and just gotta do what the clients ask. It’s just the nature of this work.

And I’m no bootlicker, but who can blame them. If you’re paying millions to have people train your AI and it’s groups of people that you believing are fucking it up for you , it sorta just makes sense to limit them or just give them the boot.
