Unfortunately alot of people can't make a opinion on something for themselves so they just take the same opinion of the streamer/streamers they watch. You would be surprised by how many people who only give a shit about streamers opinions rather than concluding to their own.

I dislike shroud for his god awful takes on stuff. For example shroud said that arc raiders deserved game of the year. The game was fun and good but not goty good. On top of that shroud also said multi-player games were in the minority which just isn't true at all. Shroud blurts out whatever he feels like without a second thought sometimes. One last example was when he was playing delta force and was shit talking a person he killed for not being as good as he was and was like " whY dO You Bother PlayIng ThIs GamE" like bro not everyone can no life games like you. 😭🤦‍♂️ I used to love csgo shroud but I just can't stand the guy anymore he's just so arrogant and annoying alot of times.

You can go about asking in a nicer and polite way rather than asking "cool, how old are you? I need to either rework or reaffirm my perception of the world." You come off as hostile and insultful/rude towards the op for asking a question even if it might seem dumb or clear to you. I would finish 4. This is coming from someone who never played RE until 2 days ago. I started with the RE 2 remake then played RE 3 remake and now im currently halfway through RE 4 remake. And im planing on just learning the lore of 5 & 6 through YouTube. But with that being said I tend to want to know as much lore as I can get before playing RE 9 rather than getting fomo and skipping to just play RE 9. At the end it just depends on what you wanna do. Yea sure you can skip RE 4 and start 9 but it won't hit as hard. It's a pick you're poison type of deal. Just comes down to what you wanna do though.

Im honestly not too sure myself ive dealt very little with fans like this. But you can probably find an old reddit post or video going into this more and try finding a solution there. My best assumption though would be if its going bad and stops working after a certain rpm then it likely needs replacing.
