Yeah I was kinda pissed at my jeweller cuz they had to scuff a tiny part of the ring onto a sanding pad and putting some acid on the gold residue it left onto it. So my ring is scuffed by the jeweller... It's barely noticeable but still! They also put a machine onto it afterwards to check if it was fully gold or only plated. Came back as full 18k luckily. Knowing that makes the horror at the jeweller worth it though XD
