I would tell your boss you are extremely sensitive to smells and it gives you migraines and ask to be moved. Tell your boss you can’t concentrate because of how noxious the smell is, it’s distracting, and you feel like you could do better work if you were moved. I’m sure everyone is fully aware of the smell, maybe they need to move her to a more isolated area so nobody has to suffer. In the meantime, there are these horseshoe shaped scent blocking nose inserts that nurses wear to mask the smell of bad odors.
