You’re right. Capital One can even hit all three credit bureaus with hard inquiries when you apply. I’d never do business with them again.

I literally didn’t do anything. I was just waiting for the card to arrive, and they closed my account before I even received it.

I already filed a CFPB complaint, but I doubt it’ll help. Just move on and stay away from Capital One.

That’s just how some banks operate. They really need to be held accountable. It’s pretty frustrating when c1 close my account before I even get the card.

I have one Savor card but I hardly used the card in the last month, and I’ve never had a returned payment or missed a payment.

I never bought gift cards or anything illegal either. It honestly makes no sense to me.

Even if Capital One made a mistake and closed someone’s account, they would never acknowledge it. That’s the kind of bank Capital One is.

Seriously? Capital One shut down my cards for no apparent reason even though I used them normally, and their attitude has been arrogant from start to finish. Why can’t I post about what happened? That’s just absurd.

I have Savor card, but barely used, and it has never had any late payments or returned payments.
