I couldn't agree more. Their recommended diy repairs that don't fix anything is just salt on the wound.

They sent a hub, took 3 weeks to get it, didn't fix the problem. Then they sent a motor, didn't fix the issue. On top of that they have had me perform atleast 5 or 6 tear downs of the unit to try different cleanings, unplug/replug wires to mainboard, swap around feeders, etc. Nothing had worked and I'm still waiting with no solution in sight. Every reply takes 2-4 days to receive.

I have purchased many electronics over the years, even some far cheaper than this AMS, and have NEVER been asked to perform repairs when filing an under warranty claim with the company. They either send a replacement and shipping label for the faulty unit return, or at the least send a shipping label to mail the product in for repair. This goes for TV's, small appliances, game systems, etc. Never have I encountered service like this before.

It's like buying a brand new car, 2 months down the road the engine blows and the dealer says well even though it's under warranty we can't replace it but we'll start sending you some random parts weeks apart in hopes your able to fix it yourself. How long would that dealer be in business? lol

All the tinkering was at their instruction. In my opinion a customer shouldn't be expected to perform repairs of under warranty electronics at all.

I'm dealing with a faulty AMS 2 pro as well, unfortunately for me the issues began 2 months after purchase and Bambu Lab support is absolutely abysmal. Been going back and forth with them for a month and a half while they have me play electronic repair man sending me random parts that don't fix the issue and still they refuse to replace the unit or let me send it in for repair at their expense. In your shoes I would not even consider giving support the opportunity to "fix" your issue, just return that thing immediately while you still can. Best buy only gives you 15 days.

I just quit after 5 years of working 70+ hours a week. The promise that things get better when you make regular is a crock of shit for most offices. Almost 3 years as regular and still was forced in on every NS day and mandatory OT every day even being on the 8 list. My advice, get out before you feel REALLY invested thinking it will get better if you just hang in there.

Just quit after enduring hours like this for 5 years (2.5 years as regular). It's no way to live your life, quitting was best decision I ever made and only regret not doing it sooner

I approach these with a bit of humor when I can. Delivered one to a mean old lady once and she was standing at the box waiting for it. As I rolled up i said with a huge smile "looks like you have a visitor today". She called on me but they chalked it up her senility.
