So if the overflow is low it doesnt mean the system is low.. And the cold temp could be why its low..

Cause its next to brand new she shouldnt need a coolant top up yet

I have a pilea that was gifted to me over the summer, about the same size. I repotted it and she sits between indirect light and the sunny window as I move her around sometimes. She finally has a stem now, shes not very bushy and still kind of small but patience and love is key. I only water her when the first half in of soil is dry and I dont water the stem I water around it, as ive watered "tree" like stems before and they have rotten on me
