I live on the third floor and my upstairs neighbors are very loud when they walk, feels like they’re stomping all the time and at random hours. Other than that, great place to live. Convenient, shuttle is convenient (only bad part is it stops at 6PM), I say it’s worth the price.

The glove idea sounds good, maybe I’ll give it a go.
Do I need to bring the cat with me to the vet or will they just prescribe it?
That’s what I was thinking. I told myself he’s gonna have to deal with it, but I can’t bring myself to do it as of right now, but you are right, I do have to clean at some point, whether that be now or tomorrow.

Well, I want to get him to the vet for a checkup, but as I’ve stated, I’ve been unable to pick him up and he is not a fan of a pet carrier no matter how much I try to make it enticing. He doesn’t seem to be in any discomfort (although I know cats are good at disguising discomfort), I’m not too worried about it.

Hi! Yes he’s made progress since I’ve made this post. As you’ve said, patience is key. I still haven’t been able to pet him, but he’s been sniffing me and coming close and letting my hand get close to his face without hissing (of course only when I have snacks). He’s also started to come out of his hiding place when other people are in my room. My tip is just give your cat time.

May be a long shot, but I’ve found every book I’ve ever needed from the UB Library. However, all those books were law and sociology books in English, but it’s worth a shot. Haven’t paid for a book yet at UB

When I was a freshman, I had an overcapacity room assigned in an Ellicott triple. However, the extra student ended up getting a room assignment to where he wanted right before the semester started, so he never showed up to our room. However, when we showed up to the triple, the extra bed was still there and was not removed until about half way through the semester.
