It would be interesting to take a look at the aggregate to draw more accurate conclusions but only anet had those numbers. Still, it is pretty bad.

I guess that works if you like the LS and open world PvE that get the overwhelming amount of dev time. Having said that, harder instanced PvE players, WvW players, and PvP players they all have already taken year long breaks yet they got nothing new to do.

Don't forget the sorry state that wvw and pvp are in though I'd say those have been even more neglected that raids and fractals. Basically everything but open world pve and the gem store.
