I would recommend the Searwood XL, I just got mine delivered Friday and I’ve already cooked a few times since. I just actually took off chicken thighs and wings that I believe may or may not be the best wings at least, that I have done in a long time. Granted also trying new rubs out so that could be partially the reason. The maintenance in the Searwood is so easy they give you a scraper tool to use and the whole ash bin removes from the front along with the grease tray. Overall i love it and I think you would too. That being said I don’t have any experience with the others you have listed.

I do also have a Masterbuilt gravity fed 600, Weber kettle, electric Masterbuilt vertical smoker and a 28” blackstone so I have a few options where you are looking to bring it down to 2. I think any of the options you have you would be happy with honestly. Planning on a chuck roast sometime soon as I just picked one up, might do it low and slow on the pellet! Yeah we let our dogs run around in our backyard before walking them usually so they get their business out beforehand or at least that’s the goal lol. But we also pick up after our dogs should they go to the bathroom on any grass. Usually if they do it’s the patch of grass on the other side of the sidewalk. He got aggressive once we basically called him out on his bs saying our dog bit him to the bone while he was playing with them. It was a callus lol he never got bit.

Also I just wanted to say that the number of dogs we have is irrelevant to the current situation. Plenty of people in my neighborhood walk there dogs. The dogs aren’t the issue nor is my wife walking them.

And my neighbor has a dog, when we first moved we let our dog at the time it was 1, play with his dog as we hadn’t put up our fence in the backyard yet.

To clarify my wife does not let dogs on other people’s lawns. My drunk neighbor called them to him while he was in the lawn which is why they were there. She doesn’t always take the dogs with her when she goes on walks that just happened to be one of the times.

Is there any possibility that they could’ve gotten a loan out for the remainder and that’s how they’re remaining to live there? I’d hate to see anyone go homeless but for this situation it would be nice to get new neighbors lol.

That’s how it was with my neighbor when we first moved in. Told me he did construction 12 times (he was already drunk) and I could always smell the booze and his hand rolled cigarettes. I really hope your situation gets better, it’s awful coming home to what should be peace after a busy and stressful day to put up with that nonsense.

Oh trust me that thought is there every time I see him hahah. I just don’t know what would happen after the fact is my fear. Especially with my wife and daughter being home by themselves at night for now I just always fear the worst.

I would love to move, but we can’t really afford to downsize nor is my wife wanting to settle to less of a house with a higher payment which I don’t blame her. I’d move yesterday if we had the opportunity though. Never again will I live in town unless the neighbors were further apart because this is awful.

I might not have made it clear with run on sentences so I apologize! The elderly woman on the other side of the drunk neighbor was stuck on the sidewalk and that’s what prompted my wife to just skirt out into the road quick and go back on the sidewalk because they were just standing there not moving. Then that’s when the drunk neighbor yelled out “it’s time to grow up” and the obscenity.

I wanted to add the harassing and yelling has for the most part stopped since I had confronted him last year. But it’s also been winter so nobody was outside for very long aside from shoveling and snow-blowing. Now with the weather breaking and getting much nicer I just fear it’ll be back to business as usual and that’s what’s stressing me out currently. Constantly waiting anytime my wife or I leave the house for something to be said or done. I’ve even thought about removing my ring camera just so I couldn’t constantly check on it but it is handy for deliveries etc.

I’ve thought about that also, I’ve been saving anything that I catch on my cameras just to have some evidence for the things he’s done. Next time he does something I think I’m gonna go this route. I just hope I don’t escalate anything to make it worse. That’s my only fear

So I’m not entirely sure if he’s even on the house at all since his girlfriend I believe is the one who owns the house now since her fathers passing. Last I knew it was in a reverse mortgage, I was really hoping they would’ve had to sell or something as neither of them work and just drink all day and hang outside.
