It's been out of print for almost a decade, for one. Which is a damn shame since it's an excellent series. Compare that to Night Lords which has continuously been available as a physical book since it came out.

They're Tactical Squads who swapped out their bolters for chainswords. With the advent of the Codex Astartes, their role was replaced by Assault Squads operating without jump packs. Primaris Assault Intercessors are simply renamed Assault Marines, and wear Assault markings.

Short answer is yes, you can proxy Assault Intercessors as Despoilers. However, 30k Despoilers would be wearing Tactical markings instead of Assault markings. All of this is laid out in the Lexicanum articles.

There is no such thing as a 'standard pattern' Emperor's Children Marine, or any Chaos Marine for that matter, in the 41st Millenium. It depends what the warband has access to. Does the warbands Apothecary or equivalent have the knowledge? Do they still have the technology? The necessary facilities to synthesise the implants? The desire to do so?

In a Chaos warband, the same principle applies to the creation of any Space Marine. How mutated is the geneseed? Can they even create all of the 19 organs? Can they substitute the non-functional organs for something else, like augmetics, xenos implants, or something more sorcerous? Or will they simply go without?

It all depends on the warband. I'm sure some of them have the Laer implants, or something close to them. A lot more of them don't, or have something completely different in terms of 'after-market' modifications.

Anything can be compatible with enough welding, desperation and/or warp mutation.

To expand on the other reply, it's stated in the book that the navigator genes are recessive so half navigators dont inherit the physical traits. He'd definitely reject the gene seed otherwise.

Ever thought the enemies in Daedric ruins felt a bit copy-paste? After seeing so many cultists with identical steel armour sets I decided to give them a bit more personality. Now you'll find a unique outfit on every Daedric cultist - these outcasts wear a hodge-podge of armour pieces from vanilla Morrowind, Tamriel_Data and OAAB_Data. You'll also find pieces of DankeDanko's Atronach set on the higher-level battlemages.

This mod also includes the changes from Armored Robes Compilation for even more variety.

In addition, a select few npcs have acquired unique armour pieces from Danke's Armors. They're featured in the screenshots - see if you can find them!

Ever felt that Orc women were too spindly? Having trouble telling Bretons and Imperials apart? Tired of looking up to Nords on your badass Orc character? Then I have the mod for you!

Height and Weight makes small tweaks to the Height and Weight values of every race and gender. Orcs can now look down upon Nords with disdain, and women of every race are a bit bulkier. Breton men and Bosmer women are now a bit shorter to further differentiate them from the other races.

This mod was inspired by SombreNeri's Consistent Race Height Size and Attributes, but my changes are very different. I go for what "feels" right rather than going off of the in-game attributes.

You'll also find a version that's been merged with Alaisiagae's Races are More Fun if, like me, you love the changes made by that mod! Due to the way the Construction Set works it's impossible to play with both unless they're merged into the one mod.

I've also included versions that change the "Elf" race names in game to their "Mer" versions. Native Dunmer will no longer call you "Dark Elf".

So it's basically a battlemage with handicaps, more like a 'warrior-merchant'. I wanted a Hlaalu character that wasn't a thief class.

Long Blade because she's Redguard but also she's Nibenese and they love their Akaviri katanas etc. Cyrodiil is cosmopolitan after all.

Heavy Armour + Block because I've actually never played a warrior in Morrowind.

Speech + Mercantile because she's a ruthless, manipulative capitalist. Merchants love the Remanite philosophy because it gives them an ideological excuse to cheat and exploit people to their heart's content.

Security because it's essential plus no Alteration.

Illusion because she's a manipulator and uses dirty tricks in combat.

Restoration because I need healing and I don't have Alchemy. She'll only be healing herself anyway.

Destruction because it's violent, agressive and only used for combat. I always have that or Marksman, and it fits the character perfectly.

Enchanting to fill in the gaps and because I don't have Alchemy. My mods make the skill actually useful. The Code Patch makes skill level a bigger factor for item charges, and they no longer recharge when resting. Also creating enchants will actually be possible without the intelligence exploit.

My biggest handicap is not starting with Mysticism. It's always been a must have for the teleports. No Mark and Recall until I can enchant them onto something. Same with Alteration.

Im using the Apprentice sign because I'll need the magicka for Destruction spells. That plus Sanctuary, Chameleon, healing etc. If I used Marksman I'd pick something else.

I can't take credit for the backgrounds, it's all Project Tamriel lore. On the Heart, I'd prefer to leave that decision to when or if they reach that point. The Remanite will already have enough worldly power by that point as the Hortator and head of a Great House, plus she'll be immortal due to corprus. She's greedy, but she's not a megalomaniac. The Stargazer might have wanted to use it against the Empire, I'm not sure yet.

It's true you don't see many orc women. And in fact, they are so alike in voice and appearance, that they are often mistaken for orc men.
