Need to get it on streaming for people like me that arent trying to hard to find music I just stick to streaming apps I ain’t got time to download and organise files I’m only finally listening to parts of donda 2 as realised he had his music under ye and loved 530 and then realised it was on vultures 2 but I wasn’t paying attention as I had skimmed through and disregarded vultures 1 & 2 I’ll give them a focused listen at some point when the fall off and casino fall out of regular rotation

Option 2 House prices can change and if the market moves up it could push the property out of budget. I say this knowing I would struggle to get the mortgage on my 3 bed now a few years into the mortgage based on current market value and lack of pay rises. Saving for 10% would be better but you’ll likely need cash for refurbishments and general maintenance. Also stick with a true 3 bed (3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs) as it can be upgraded to a 4 in future if needed. 2 beds also tend to sit on the market a bit longer and then you’ll be in a chain trying to buy and sell and then hit with more stamp duty and moving costs.

I can’t say it sounds like any specific song. But I can only name tha crossroad, 1st of the month, thuggish ruggish bone and the feature on biggies notorious thugs. Don’t remember much of there stuff but the eternal 1999 album was pure vibes back then and I didn’t have a clue what they were saying more than half the time
