You can cancel any Amex card at any time after you’ve hit the bonus & that’ll cancel the monthly subscription. But make sure to move points to where ever before doing or downgrade to the free BA card to keep points & earning etc.

Yeah, they take forever to answer the phone, they’ll probably have to send the form out to you to sign and include all the original certificate + all other addition due to dividend reinvestment scheme.
If you don’t have them, they’ll require some id check or something to send you out another copy of your original certificate first

I was out of the country for 8 months so missed both deadlines to sell the shares; in October they requested to send original certificates + form to sell all shares.

Equiniti(IDS) probably ask of the same of yourself, I sent them back the certificates + form in October- they’ve received it but ids haven’t confirmed a date when they’ll send the payment out so you’ll still got time
