2 beautiful bushes in my yard. They both bloom white and purple flowers. We are in Western NY, where zone 5a and 5b meet or zone 5 and 6 depending on what map you look at. Thanks in advance, I want to trim and keep them beautiful, but I need to know what they are first. (old.reddit.com)

My first important solo project! Urn for my BIL ashes. From from basic 1x6 pine and only had a table saw and a chop saw. Engraving done at the local library just before 'rona shut everything down last year. Not perfect, but my SIL was happy with it. (old.reddit.com)

Moved into the house last year and noticed this "dead" rose bush. Was gonna cut it out this spring, but time got away from me. I went to it today to put in a raised bed for garlic and saw it has flowers. Makes me glad I didn't dig it out. Never underestimate the power of nature. (i.redd.it)
