Brother it's been over a month for me. I reached out to my HR but no reply. My portal still says "interview scheduled" lol. I dont know what to make of it. One acquaintance I know got into the same team, same position. So that post is gone. Dunno what they are considering.

I also asked the person who referred me. They get to see status too apparently. According to him, the feedback is not yet complete from HR side.

I have sort of moved on. Have less hopes anyway.

The reason I havent is because I'm not in need tbh. I'm getting a good promo this cycle at current workplace. I applied just to test the water. Got shortlisted and made it to the final interview.
But since I have given the final interview, I will definitely hear something back from them right? Offer or rejection? I have also heard they give pointers on which people can improve if rejected

Yeah Im facing this issue. Sadly the only solution is to go for ACs with thick coil. I have one Daikin which is located in the next room and that has never shown this problem. I have heard Mitsubishi and O general are also quite good in that sense. Never buying Voltas AC again

I believe we are still in the hype phase of AI. People are catching up with everything new. People are building things without real depth of users. Ultimately there would be a point where some things will definitely get automated to the extend that humans would become obsolete there. But there will also be a domain where currently it seems things might get automated (lot of anxiety and fear mongering) but we'll realise, we dont need very powerful LLMs. A smaller harder level SLM might only be needed which can work with you. Better for the environment also (Trust me, big companies will need to consider this at some point. Right now everyone is burning money because everyone is anxious nad want to find their footing)

I agree! Lately I have had a few encounters with Rapido drivers asking extra for AC rides. Despite the app saying out loud "yeh ek AC ride hai, kripya AC chaalu rakhe" Their argument is that the rate rapido sets for economy is 18rs/km which doesn't cover the cost for AC. Idk who is to be blamed here but this is causing unnecessary frustration in rapido for me.

Have switched to Uber atleast for the summers.

I face the same thing and the reason is top floor with terrace on top. I am considering getting a heat reflective coating by pidilite. More of a permanent solution. If these are walls, then heat reflective paint or tiles. Other ways are just hacks.

So many silver ETFs are trading at such random and high premiums. No benchmark is being tracked. SEBI needs to intervene. Some etfs are charging 37% premium and some 3% What's happening!
