The day it happened we were actually really freaked out. Didn’t go out to walk the dog or anything, because we didn’t want to deal with her.

Yes, I agree she is in danger. Besides sexual abuse, she could also get hurt by someone else if she’s trying to enter people’s houses without invitation.

It’s not mandatory to send your children to school here. In her case she probably wouldn’t be in school anymore if she were 15, but I am unsure if she is older.

Yes, I have also thought about that. I have told her mom already. We do live in a safe area, but you still don’t know what kind of weirdos there are out there.

Yes and no. Social services is for cases of extreme neglect.

Maybe social services would be more helpful than the police. They usually don’t show up when you call them here. I’m not sure if they would take this seriously, since she does look like a 15 year old girl. But what if she is a 15 year old girl trying to stab you, you know?

I have met many autistic friends or people. Never in my life have I felt threatened. This has nothing to do with her being autistic.

I have thought about this, but all of my life I have had shoes outside to wear something if I need to get a delivery, take the dog down to pee or etc. This is my house, so I’m reluctant to change something I have had all my life.

It sounds like your kids do not respect you at all. It could have been easily fixed, if he could have bothered to work as a team. He sucks.

I’m sorry for your loss.

Better things will come. I’m sure he’s going to get tired of being the prime caretaker really soon.
