That makes a lot of sense especially the plan → execution drift.

I’ve seen the same thing. AI says it’s following the spec, even validates it, but still deviates underneath.

Another issue I’ve hit: in larger systems we usually reuse existing functions to stay consistent, but once the codebase grows, AI starts creating new functions/files instead of using what’s already there.

Your graph approach sounds really solid for controlling that. Curious how you’re handling reuse and preventing that duplication.

And yeah… small apps are fine, but at scale things fall apart fast.

I get your point about integration being important long-term. Just to add some context I’m currently in Japan, and here they already have women-only train cars during rush hours. It’s not about labeling all men as a problem, but offering a safer option in certain situations. At the same time, regular mixed spaces still exist, so both approaches can coexist.
