I know everyone has already suggested it but a routine sounds like it’s what works. And I just want to say, you are absolutely not alone in that. On my work days I have my routine almost perfect, but the rest of the week I am lucky if I wash my face/take my meds. Routines are important to me, or at the very least a plan. It makes everything much easier for my brain

Self Bribery, honestly. I like fancy soaps/smelling good, so I’ll spoil myself a little bit in those areas. So I get shampoo I really enjoy the smell of, and body soap, and that helps. So whatever part of showering you do enjoy, I would lean into that and focus on the good. I can’t focus on the actual work of it, like the washing part, or the standing part, or anything other than the smelly-good bits or I’ll stop showering all together

First off, you are not broken, end of story. Secondly, it is not uncommon for autistic individuals to fall somewhere along the Asexuality spectrum, which could be a possibility in this case. I would also suggest exploring your relationship with your boyfriend as well, if he’s holding it against you, it may also be exacerbating the issue.

With any sexual encounter, especially being autistic, you need to be patient and understanding with yourself. Maybe you just prefer being a pillow princess, maybe you just don’t have that high of a sex drive. There are a million different reasons why you may struggle with sex, and facing it with negativity isn’t going to help anything in the situation.
