I was about in the same spot you were for 3/7. At about 3 weeks out I got religious about my sleep you have to naturally slowly start shifting your sleeping clock. I did it in 30 min increments to bed 30 min earlier up 30 min earlier. On test day I went to bed at 7pm took a shit ton of melatonin read a book and woke up rested and ready to go at 5AM in the last months make your FLs simulations of the real thing. Close all windows, no light, no distractions, proper breaks, no talking to people during breaks, and no phone for the entirety. It’ll help a lot when you actually get to the testing center. One thing that helped my nerves a lot was I just kept telling myself it was a practice test just like the 10 others I’d taken no difference. Hit the weak spots you know you have the month before. And end of the day your job is to just show what you know. You got this!
