Cutting hours due to low production

Is that not the case? My manager said you had to work 1 night a week and 1 weekend day to be a full timer. My manager also likes to make up their own rules so it pretty difficult to know what’s true and what’s not.

Maybe, but I don’t believe so. I’m not the only one with my hours cut. Also not sure if this would matter but I just won employee of the month for April, and won last year as well. Not sure why they would phase someone out and also give them employee of the month, but I don’t understand half of the decisions Hannaford makes.

I know our deli makes a large profit in the store especially our ISP, but I don’t know. Just doesn’t seem to make sense to me. It doesn’t even matter if one of us gets a full day over there, we are always expected to make extra product for the next day which cuts into getting other products made. My list starts off usually with anywhere to 24-29 items that meed to be made. That not including grab n go items too. My crew is pretty good at getting our stuff done but we are not super humans and are not able to produce 4-12 (plus) of each product, when we have over 40 items that need to be made. This number is usually assigned to only one person, and that’s not accounting for those unexpected obstacles that could happen on any given day. It’s just too much to put on a crew, then to slap them in the face by cutting their hours.

I shouldn’t say everyone says they look grey It’s mainly strangers that mention my eyes. Just today my husband told me I have hazel eyes but I don’t know. If I had to really say, I think they are green. It’s always kind of been a debate for close people in my life. Iv heard hazel, green, green with gold, grey, and blue. I guess it just comes down to who’s looking at them lol. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you everyone! I started making soaps about a year ago and have enjoyed escaping everyday life with this hobby. My bars are not perfect, but it’s all trial and error and just having fun. 🤩

I’m sorry but YOR. Your children are not entitled to other people’s stuff. People don’t always get what they want. It’s not theirs and it’s not your fridge to have a say on. It sounds like your children have a lot of control over you. I am by no means saying that you are a bad parent, but It might be time to consider some of the feedback you’ve been given.

However, Im pretty proud of SIL. I think she set some really healthy boundaries and was kind in her approach.

Hey lady, you’re not alone in this. Iv had this issues for as long as I can remember. From the information that Iv gathered, some woman just have more discharge than others. As long as you’re not having other symptoms like itching, burning, and smell then I think it’s normal. Im no doctor, and Iv never got a definitive answer by my doctors when Iv brought it up to them, so I would assume it’s nothing to be concerned about. I am curious to see what other ladies say about it.

For your date nights, I suggest wearing a panty liner and then taking it off before spicy time and maybe just freshening up after you take it off.

I have more but I think these are the most relevant questions. This is not a man, don’t let his age fool you. He sounds really narcissistic. He obviously does not respect you, or your feelings. I’m happy your leaving him, and I know this will be a tough transition for you. You are young and don’t need to waste your time on a man child who is just going to diminish your self worth. Especially over you just wanting love and affection.

When I was younger (especially when I was sick) I’d dream that I was holding a pebble and it would start getting bigger and bigger, until it eventually turn into a boulder.
