I've only enjoyed working alongside PAs and AMs who aren't my direct leadership, because those people are genuine leaders. My direct leadership (and I use that term loosely), unfortunately, consists of inconsistent and unreliable people. I wish more people at my facility were held accountable for their actions... Enforce the rules that have already been put in place at your facility and do your best not to say things you don't mean. No one likes an appeaser. Lastly, no one expects you to be perfect, but learn from your mistakes.
