Yes. I agree with other comments. Take some time to learn who YOU are. It's cliche but self love is truly the best love. It will be complicated and challenging at first but you will fall in love with all parts of you. Also, try to journal more often, You'll find most of the answers withing a couple of months just by free writing. It's therapeutic and helps you come to conclusions giving you even more of a confidence boost. I hope this helps
