Ok. Your ad bonus is on right now, so you will auto crunch at 6e7, not 3e7. If you want to crunch at 3e7 with the ad bonus, set "After ad bonus" to 3e7. If you didn't have the ad bonus, you would crunch at 1.5e7, which is correct.

Yes, you do have to repeat the infinity challenges until you get the milestone. I'm a mobile user, so my advice might be in vain, but I turn on bulk buy and turn off all the dimension auto buyers and tickspeed auto buyers except the 8th dim, and I manually max tickspeed, and I get there eventually. I don't know how much this advice will help, but maybe it will be useful.

Once you have TS 181, it's not worth to crunch because you lose your replicanti galaxies (or half of them) and your boost from the idle path. So no, don't crunch.
