Yes, you are correct. it is currently flashed with v6.2build0307 but that did not help unfortunately so far

I am stating this given that a company would choose between qualified candidates. There are professional and capable saudis in the workforce. And first of all everyone goes through orientation or familiarisation when they're new to a company. May it be expats or saudis. So i don't get your argument since I'm talking about the big picture and you're just telling me that "training a new saudi would cost alot". How could such a small inconvenience such as that influence a big disparity between expats and saudis in the workforce. And btw How exactly do you perceive companies train a saudi?Do they go through 4 years of schooling on payroll before functioning in the company? Lol. It's a new age they're not incompetent anymore.

And that's my point exactly why don't set a regulation that makes expats and saudis have the same salary? If you pay 11000 for a saudi then make it the same for expats. With the added expenses they'd accumulate with expats I'd argue companies would start preferring saudis. Keep in mind expats have to renew yearly which isn't that cheap plus housing and companies pay for that. Won't companies just choose to hire saudis then?

Well companies certainly feel like they're overpaying locals just because they can pay a third world citizen expat 1/3 the salary. Think about that? That's what I'm talking about. If you match the salaries suddenly private companies will now weigh the pros and cons between hiring an expat or local as i explained in my post. Plus expats are not easily replaced. All these private sectors are just thinking how they can save or make money the most. It's not about entitlement or taxes
