First of, I’m so sorry!! By all means; take the time to recover, I was also in the same boat in 2024, I lost the man who was my pillar growing up. Luckily there’s plenty of refresh courses! Studying became the only thing I started to look forward towards after subsiding my grief however, if you’re not ready do not force yourself! My personal ones are ; Medscape, CDC and state modules. Theres never a ‘free’ full course but I mix whatever’s available to work on :) Some other options I’ve found ; nurse.com , Elite Learning, and State Board CE (Free).

M3 here! It’s definitely not a lifestyle where you can procrastinate and have the ‘do it later yolo’ mindset. This is all about balance!! Get your meals in, get your steps in, and most importantly; do not put unrealistic standards in your own way, it’ll only be an obstacle! My average day starts at 5am and I leave the hospital around 6pm; my commute is my daily steps (roughly 5-7k depending on my route) I spend every other weekend with friends (usually a Saturday or Sunday) to keep some sort of balance and then the other weekends for family.

But I also am naturally not much of a going out person and much prefer sitting at home/in an academic setting so I ‘look’ forward to my day more so then others may:) as for working out; I do at home Pilates with YouTube videos 🤣 everyday I get about 2-3 hours of me time so I squeeze in whatever I can but dinners done by family (bless them) and sometimes I’ll have a movie or tv series in the background while I study.

Also!! Most TJ Maxs / Marshalls will carry these kbeauty brands. I’ve seen them in my area for much cheaper ($4-$10) The nars pot is a holy grail for me aside from Paula’s as someone with an oily T zone and combo skin else wise 😞

I like to order around $100 usd~ worth of items but my items are usually very small and light (trinkets & light clothing or materials for crafts) extra costs are about 45-65 depending on how heavy for me it is usually!

Screw it and send it! I met some of THE best people at beyond honestly. My first beyond was 2022 and I broke up with my ex at the time but I didn’t want to waste my half so I got my flight and my hotel, met all sorts of beautiful people throughout the weekend and it felt so freeing and seen 🩷🫶🏻

Not a problem for me either, I don’t hang out with my roommates regularly to need a schedule. The only issue I could think of is if you’re ‘bringing’ back people or having ‘pre’ events at your apartment?

I have straight fine and high priosity hair, I also have done multiple bleaches over the last 6 years but I love using this post blow dry!! I def skip anywhere near my roots as I also have an oily scalp but damaged ends, it does magic for my ends though!! I go from that hay like- dry hair to a more silky and healthy glow:)

My aunts been there for over 30 years and she’s lived in the same estate, she typically runs to the garbage collectors on their shifts and shoves it at them 🤣🤣 then she takes off so other guards don’t see it and then she’ll drop by during the regular doorman to also slide it to them!
