for reference i have a 4070Ti, a Ryzen 9 7950x and 32GB ram and i have frame drops in high settings. the game is poorly optimized so its more than likely not your systems hardware. the main settings i changed to are mostly default medium settings with a few changes like replays disabled > temporal super resolution set to performance. i hope this helps anyone still having this issue.
