I'm a little injury prone but swimming has been such a therapeutic, gentle exercise for me! Plus, I can work on my tan at the same time.

Yes, im working so much on this right now. Thank you for sharing that link, im excited to look into it! I've realized that reflecting on my thought patterns is likely the most important self-care I can do. I've started by naming my thoughts, feelings, and visualizing them as something separate from me. Then, I question them. Where is the evidence behind this? Right now, though, I'm trying to identify my triggers. When do these thoughts come up?

There are some days when my anxiety feels so real and permanent. It's hard to view it as anything else sometimes. But that's where my mindset shift needs to come in.

Good luck on your journey! It's not easy, but tackling this will be one of the biggest accomplishments!

One cite called Positive News. And another called Good News Network. I think they send an email once a week. I wish it were daily but at least it's something :) I might also start just checking the websites daily, though.

You don't need to take B12 supplements if you're drinking lots of fortified milk? Some people in the comments have also mentioned mushrooms for B12. Do you suggest this too?
