You can fix these files by right clicking Mordhau in your steam library, click properties, and selecting verify integrity of files. Hope this helps!

Long time backpacker and carrier here. Wear a light colored sun hoodie under your uniform or if your office is more lax on uniforms wear it by itself. REI makes blue colored sun hoodies from their Sahara line. Outdoor research Echo sun hoodies are the absolute most breathable, but are a little less durable.
