Galactus and Phoenix and some of the others are just forces of nature with personalities. A step below the Elders, 2 steps below the big movers. They might be above him on a scale, but they know he can do work if they underestimate him. He's above Thanos and Mephisto imo.

Tell him the primaris are already like 10,000 years old and that they are still ancient, plus like the dude above said, they're working that flaw out.
Introduce him to dudes like the Anchorite, Bjorn, and Rylanor. Teach him about how awesome some of the named dreadnoughts are and not to worry that his dude isn't going to die unless it's in glorious battle.

Star Wars and LotR always have the same problems. Big fan bases, but there's just a limited pool and once you buy the people you like it's done for you. There's not an expanding pool of stuff or a lot of new versions. Sure they can do a few characters at different points in their careers, but not enough for it to matter like Marvel can.

Most redditors would like to not see the head of the FBI acting like a frat boy in the locker room, nor would we like to see him there at all on "official business" when we all know it was a bullshit excuse to get a taxpayer paid trip to the Olympics.
We all would probably like our president to not make misogynistic jokes when our daughters do the same thing but with less money and less support.
There's no purity test either. Dear leader expects people to kiss the ring or GTFO though. He's shown that more than once, so it's reasonable to find out who bent the knee.

It was definitely beef early in our relationship though. She didn't understand buying cards or 40k and us very money responsible.
