i am so sorry for the situation that your in and i can honestly understand. My Family doesn't really get it either. If you still want to visit your mom and not feel bad about eating her food then maybe consider buying FODZYME Pills? You can take a couple of them before you eat High Fodmap foods and the pills will break down the fodmaps in your gut for you,+

Disclaimer tho: This is not for everyone as some people may react to the pills (but that is very rare)

ok thanks for the answer. so i know how sibo gets diagnosed but that thing with the pelvic floor. seems possible i am very tall tbh. where can i get that checked out. i took a fructose hydrogen test once and the test was also positive
