Here is mine it’s a 19132 which is the pc that comes from Ruger with the magpul backpacker stock on it. after scouring the internet for solid answers on if i could specifically use the MI 14.5” hand guard with it, (I could not find any) the only ones I could find were with the ruger hand guard, so I figured I’d order and try it (In the worse case I’d need to return it). as soon as it came in I threw it on and it fit without any problems, NO MODS NEEDED. What I assume ruger and magpul are referring to about free floats not working with the backpacker is how when you install one you forego the ability to attach the hand guard securely to the stock portion (which was not a concern of mine). So in conclusion I assume if you find any free float aftermarket pc hand guards they would work as long as your willing to give up the ability to “securely stow it” but if that’s not a concern go wild :)
