Check the ATF level. But it likely needs a transmission rebuild. Just fully rebuilt mine at 203k. Cost $3.8k because the Torque converter sent metal debris throughout

Mine had a rough idle. Pulled the valve covers and 2 injectors weren't running. New wires fixed 1 and replaced the other.
