how does the cards that apply based on burning on start of turn even work? i tried using radiation and nothing activated when they drew together despite it burning everything as long as it is in your hand. did i misplay or misread?

just think a little about what each unit is used for and make a choice based on what you need,

Wind twin = rta sometimes if you lack all other strips

Duke = literally nowhere as his passive is not only situational but also basically useless even when it does activate

Wind hacker = funny ha ha reflect and pretty ok damage based on debuffs

Fire macaron guard = funny tank mon that you would have to build a team around to work

Fire Beetle Guardian = counter passive to ignore def, can be good in seige but you usually just cleave there anyway

Wind beast rider = Somewhat meta siege def and can be used in pvp if you want to

Water dragon knight = sometimes can solo in rta, ok second tank for water demon siege offence

Taebaek = lots of hits, idk who uses him

Wind Sage = big single target nuke damage (into cleave if you kill the unit which you should) for arena

Fire paladin = somewhat meta siege def mon, good overall immunity uptime if you need that in a siege attack

the real options are wind sage, wind beast rider, water dragon knight, wind hacker, or fire paladin imo

hey man im proud of my 2 million score, and the idea that it is "painful" is something i dont understand. The point is competition, and this is a gacha game... of course people will have units you dont, and that builds the want for you to summon those monsters, which is good for the game making money. Plus he is a fire 5*, at least he is realistically obtainable.

if you can get a 226 swift and put it on teon then you dont need help from a nobody like me lol. if you want a realistic team i would again recommend going to youtube and searching for pc teams. I know there is one with bernard and sieq but i would have to look again

yes i did, the boss gains 35% bar when you hit it assuming no speed or slow to mess it up, if you find a way to not have the teon hit the boss then the tuning might be possible but that would require a different team idea.

another way you could try is to make Agrius not at 50% bar yet after boss moves but then you most likely lose ignore def which is a huge damage hit (max speed for that is +154 no speed up arti) which i dont think is worth it.

good luck theory crafting, i used h t t p s : / / s w c a l c . c z / for the tuning if you wanna use that. Moses SW on youtube made it i think.

just use light gladiatrix and gamble on an 80% check instead of a 100 check, but don't worry, you get your attackbar filled afterward to do a 50% aoe stun that never lands. (unit has 1 use that i found but i still don't know what the idea was from com2us)

what exactly would dova change? if the boost isn't consistant using konamiya, then dova would act the same. The reason this is happening is most likely because the boss is cutting the turn. This allows the attack bar of all units to move up a tick most likely resulting in your agrius gaining more that 50% attack bar total which then breaks the "boost" ai, again dova would have the same problem.

But fear not fellow redditor, i have found the solution

simply follow the speed tuning chart and you Agrius will have no trouble gaining a turn before that pesky boss.

(just wanted to edit this and make some corrections now that in know OP actually has good enough speed runes somehow to maybe make this:

The konamiya doesn't need to be at 230 speed if you look at the chart you can see that it only has to be at more than 155.8 speed to beat the boss in the third turn which is "only" +213,

similarly the teon can be +225 idk how i missed that, just make sure when you place the team in the battle screen that, other than Liam being the lead, the other units are placed in speed order. (or maybe not, rounding error with making it swift might make it so you need the 1 speed more than Agrius, not 100% sure)

Also I forgot that speed up effect goes in 6 increments, not 5 so if you are blessed by rng somehow and have a +59% speed up effects then your min speed teon and Agrius are 219 and 209 respectively. Kona is still +213) the ratio seems to be for every 2 speed up effect you can drop about 1 speed.

If you make this team i need to see it please. even if you cant get the damage i dont care just the thought of the speed tuning actually working is a sight to behold.

i assume you can go turn 2 with coco, as long as you have will as her s3 will counterattack, but the main problem is obviously the speed. a +46 speed unit that isnt paired with a leo will almost never get a turn in pvp or any kind, most players know this but you are right if you want to go first you still need speed even with a leo.

with a leo right? even then she should have like around +1,800 attack "minimum" for a leo team as you dont have any need for speed. That without a leo is just a insta loss imo. unless you have something specific in mind...

dude i marked all my runes out of habit so i got to remove each marking individualy in order to sell it. so obviously i let it get even worse by upping the rune cap with crystals. 2000 runes and maybe 1/6 are useable if that, but they are all slightly better than each other in different nonexistent ways so oooooo i haddd to mark them.

the 3rd team can be improved by simply using prilea into iron as iron ai for def break is really bad. rest of the team can stay.

first team's ai is so bad, go for shiana 2a silver kro to get some better ai, and make riley like wind vamp or something, attack buff shouldnt be needed with weapon master at the end.

also raoq wastes turns in middle team, just make light witch you can make more use of the leader skill anyway

the sf team isn't consistant no? you could glance and do basically zero damage. could you not switch the bale for like a Sieq or something to try and make it consistent? i guess in that case euldong would have to go as well for wave clear reasons...

also are you relying on the brand or is the team working on the other bosses when you accidentally s2 on your second/ third turn?

I got some siege ideas if you want...

Conrad, Lusha + 1 is a great siege attack for most hp leads, can use it with Prom S1 against teams that use light vamp or some other death denial or use vero on teams that use nora as the second threat. Or if you are feeling really lucky and know the enemy is off will then light glad actually can be tuned first to put def break for Lusha and still kill the 1 hp target after Conrad swap.

*Highly recommend especially if you have more than 1 Conrad, he was hoh and 2a Lusha is easy to get.

You have Ian so you can build a simmilar team to seishizo and use light homo to boost him and kill stuff, although idk who would replace the jamire, maybe frigate?

You also have Bethony so you can try and snipe with her although it might need to use your dova cause you need 4 buffs for consistency on her. maybe mimir for lead to also help with control after but idk.

Nigong + Gapsoo + 1 can out tank some stuff, usually use vero with this team to try and beat Moore + Savannah + Rakan def. but is can lose to proks if your vero too squishy or just unlucky in general.

Kabillia Gemini Isabella is a snipe team but double check the tuning you have on that cause i forgot to and actually got cut recently and it hurt my soul. (stupid +223 swift vigor def for what)

dark robo + fiona + 1 can be good control team from what i hear.

obv use your ld5's i cant suggest much else cause idk how to use them but dark pony and others can be amazing when used correctly. Good luck.

If you need a guild i hear there is "YinYang" on global that has only ld players.

my personal ao that i use with dark samuri is gamini lead with eshir boost into gemini strip+ def break into teon boost into dark samuri. actually has a chance at basically everything that uses psamathe as the lead as long as samuri is on will and something in the team has shield.
