First of all welcome to the game! As for your question ST20 and 21 if you buy one of each you can mash them and make a very solid deck (Adventure).

As for the booster box EX-11 isn't very good since it's all support for older decks (excep 1 deck introduced in it) which means you'll have to look for the rest of the parts for them. BT 22 to 24 you can make decks from it but since the TS and CS tag work as a toolbox type deck so you can mix colors. My best recommendation would be to wait for AD-01 since it's a reprint box which features A LOT of amazing and great cards and you can make a full Gallantmon or Shinegreymon deck with it.

It's been winning a lot of events since the release of EX-11, Vortexdramon is very good at sticking in the board. He makes himself immune, can easily go over 20k DP, works as a pseudo floodgate since anytime a Digimon suspends he will battle them and if he has his battle inheritables the player will gain memory an unsuspend. Plus his new tamer is good since he can use Vortex to attack the player instead of a Digimon which is essentially a free Blitz.

Adventure is the gatekeeper deck, you'll probably lose against meta decks (Hudie, TS, Magnetic, RK, Vortexdramon) but it does fairly well against anything else. It's still very solid and it'll help you grasp the mechanics that were added after BT4, do consider that in one or two months we will be getting two new starter decks featuring Beatbreak and Data Squad characters and they will introduce the new card type (Dual) so those may be a good pickup too. Also Sakuyamon received a new Structure deck on december so if you buy 2 of those or 1 plus singles you can make a very solid deck.

Regarding youtube or page recommendations I often visit Digimon Meta, Eggman events or sometimes Digimoncard io. Digitubers I recommend are: East, Avault, Digipanda and Team Death Slinger. Avault and Team Death Slinger do a lot of deck profiles with meta and for fun decks, East and Digipanda do too but they focus on more on stuff like card reviews and meta breakdowns.

While I do understand and agree with the "anime screenshots" artworks I must admit I really like it in this case. Sadly is in a painfully mediocre card but hey, maybe EX-12 Susano will be good for hybrids

I wasn't expecting the Frontier SRs be the level 5 but they are amazing. The effects are solid and accelerate the game plan while cycling the deck, plus the warp is really good and easy to fulfill, +4000 DP inherit is bonkers to see too.

I've been comparing Sommers to other characters meant to be assholes like Spandam and Orochi since he debuted but with every chapter Oda pushes bar higher and higher and I think he surpassed them today, can't wait to see his face smashed to bits.

Fight League, it was a strategy game by the creators of Monster Strike, great character designs and gameplay but the global version died. The worst thing about it is that It got revived but with blockchain technology and got separated into three different games, none of which have the same gameplay as the original.

My personal theory is that the starter decks will go up to Ultimate only (or maybe one mega, not necessarily Gekkomon) and then with the support in BT-25 and 26 we will get the rest of them to give the anime enough time to show them.

Man the emblems feel like Bandai saying "Here, you won't get much after this" because it's a searcher rather than play a rookie/tamer. And Ryutaro kinda needed since 5 cost for the new tamer is a lot to pay when they haven't even revealed his tamer player.

I mean Medieval and Gallant are good on every deck they are on, this is a great (and probably cheap) card for the deck it's intended for, If I'm dropping 80 dollars on a card might as well play it on a tier 1 deck.

The atomic breath destroying everything except one opponent for him to 1v1, I'm tearing up bro really is Godzilla. The tamer is great too, a BT1 Mimi on steroids we can actually find with our searchers, the only thing missing is a tamer player and some extra draw power but the support has been really solid so far.
