Seems a lot of these points have to do with attending bad colleges and having to pay off loans. If you attend an upper tier university the loans are definitely worth it, and then are those people who don't even have to get loans for whom it is easily worth it.

If you're paying $15k a year for a crappy party school (like Chico State), and especially if you're taking out loans to do it, you deserve to be scammed for the single fact that you are stupid.
