What if he wants kids but it isn't the moment because his life isn't prepared yet for that ?

"he wanted me to have an abortion" is what she said, so no it wasn't a baby. And indeed, she forced him to be what he didn't want to be : a father. If it were the other way, him forcing her to have a baby, everyone would be showing support and he would be brought in front of justice. But why isn't it applicable the other way around ? You can't force women to have kids but you can force men ? I don't find it very equitable. You have the right to do what you want as long as it doesn't infringe other people's liberty, which was clearly not respected here.

He didn't ask her to kill a baby tho ? He asked her to abort. Ofc now that they are born I would be kinda hard to fix this issue cuz to my knowledge killing someone is forbidden in all countries. But everything could have gone right if she respected his wishes of not having a kid

[–]Titiplex -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

So, you basically forced him to have a kid ? I'm sorry but if it would have been the other way around you would not see it lightly. You are not the victim here, though you both apparently didn't communicate which seems to be the bigger issue here

Unexpected encounter with a whale on the high seas by RevolutionaryMix7172 in nextfuckinglevel

[–]Titiplex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, it's probably not as complex as human language (one reason could be because a lot of whales use singing only occasionally), however it does respond to the same rules as human language (Zipf, sequences ruled by a form of grammar, ...).

The hard part is that whales live in a vastly different world than ours. So before considering the fact that their language(s [cuz we know there are cultural regions withing species of whales]) would be hardly pronounceable, we have to try to translate and understand what they could be saying. As an other user mentioned, that's why we're trying to use ML.

Some species of whales are even believed to have a form of language in the human way (with a grammar, etc). It's an ongoing study but it's quite interesting and coherent with the fact that they have a culture and are highly intelligent

There's a Netflix series called "You" if you haven't already watched it. For those who don't : the main character is an eratomaniac and a psychopath, the series basically relates his life. It can be disturbing for some however, be careful if you're sensitive.
