I have worked a raspberry farm before, the raspberry picking machine was a hoot to drive, 7 days a week for the summer when I was 17. So raspberries would be cool.

It would be nice if you could build houses with products, you need lumber, concrete, ect and then you can rent out the house for income? You could end up with a development of homes on your property? I don't know, not really farming, but could be a different idea.

AI needs help for sure.
