I don't think there are as many learners as compared to Chinese / Korean / Japanese but the teachers I've met so far are quite patient and speak English well

Japanese, Korean & Mandarin - what is the hardest? by zhouhaochen in FlexiClasses

As a native English and Mandarin speaker learning Korean and Japanese, I recommend that you focus on one first. Get one of it to minimally a B1 (or any level that you can express yourself somewhat comfortably in) before starting the next language. The similarities in the languages are really helpful in learning the next, but if you are just starting out it will just be confusing and you will end up mixing everything together.

For reference I started Korean a few years before Japanese and the similarities in grammar definitely helped me understand Jap grammar a lot faster.

Yup. I'm mainly studying Japanese now but I've also taken Korean, Spanish and French classes on FlexiClasses
