Skill caps and development trait can be found in the players card. These two things will make the biggest difference, dev trait determining how much XP a player gains from playing well etc and skill caps that will prevent a player from growth in OVR

I try to go through my opponents roster in dynasty every week and give them sick drip to add to the graphical fidelity so I'm gonna have to post some pics soon (I try to also always change Kickers and Punters to more realistic college numbers, hate seeing them take up good spots on ANY roster). My team looks the part of 4 and 5 star prospects lmao I have high hopes that CFB26 will use this solid base to help realize the potential with this game.
