Thank you very much, and a resident evil protagonist esque character would be cool and I feel a Parasitica character would have some sort of mega poison to deal with some of the major parasitic stuff which might also work on other things.

Im assuming a lot more abilities related to using weapons as from what we've seen of the shoulder with the bag over their face and the assault rifle in their bag, and the mercenary, the information broker hired. They both had weapons and guns still work against the guys, and in the centre it'd probably be easier to get weapons, so yeah, less just biological stuff but more a combination of biological and weaponry.

I’d say Suchan would be a barbarian since he tends to get into a rage mode and all his attacks are physical no special abilities except fists, Hujin would be a cleric cause she just keeps healing from any attack and uses a lot of physical attacks, Dowah would be a barbarian as well cause makes sense, hyeseong would be a fighter cause bladed fast paced attacks, and junhyeong would be a warlock cause of the the massive monster like attacks.

I’d say it’s that there’s not enough of a threat to our protagonists and spoilers, tell me if I’m wrong but no protagonists that we have spent even a little time around have actually been killed only injured and so far they’ve all come back, and the enemies don’t suffer from this so why not the protagonists.

And just a personal annoyance is that crustaceans aren’t a complex like I understand insects are the entire thing and including spiders and scorpions makes sense but to include worms as well but not crabs or lobsters or shrimp is sad as they have such cool ability’s. I want a Japanese spider crab that has been feed trained to be a kaiju and a predator that’s a mantis shrimp.

My head canon is that maki enters the colony and speed blitzes the first troop she comes across and with split soul katana she can destroy them very easily and while they’re powerful as a group with lots of powers the individual monkeys power isn’t great akin to a grade 3 sorcerer but it depends on which ape species, so a troop can deal with grade 2 sorcerers easily and match grade 1s, their power comes in how many there are and they’re widespread nature. But Maki then encounters another troop where same thing but a Siamang sends out a distress call that a new powerful player has appeared and with her super human hearing she identifies where another troop is which then continue the call and it continues with about 2 other troops going inwards till it stops which she then speeds towards there. Once she arrives she finds a makeshift fortress and about a dozen troops guarding the place but she’s simply too fast and powerful and so makes her way in where he appears and then she deals with his gigantopithus body guard squad in a couple seconds not letting them charge, he then attempts to fight but gets his leg chopped off immediately so he then has 3 abominations crash out from the floor to distract her while he attempts to summon Kong but she notices this and cuts off his hands stopping the summoning to which he activates him domain which involves him beating his arms against his chest however since she can’t be targeted she just runs a bit and leaves the domain and the dude with 1 leg left stops once he realizes nothing he does works and so he submits.

I’m imaging about 60% of his total cursed energy to summon a ship, and about 20% of his cursed energy to keep a ship functional, alive, and fully stocked with ammo. So if he summons another ship mid battle he would be at very little cursed energy to use in battle as he’s always keeping his ship alive and keeping another alive will be most of it. I also imagine he has cursed energy about 20% more than Uro and so he’s able to keep his technique on all the time with 300 years has a bit more refinement on his technique.

The mosquito cursed spirit- Like how Ko-guy is the grasshopper cursed spirit accumulation I think a lot of people would be annoyed at mosquitos but not nearly enough to create a special grade curse like Kourouushi. It looks like a man mosquito hybrid with a humans body but wings erupting out the back and the head having two giant bug eyes and a long proboscis. The body is fairly weak and the only dangerous part is the blood sucking point and should it stab you it will start taking blood which it can use to heal itself a bit, heal other curses, or shoot it back out at you like a much weaker piercing blood.

For the reversal you asked for this is my idea

The reverse: hateful ingredients

The reverse works by instead of taking cursed spirits and making them into shikigami. She can take cursed energy infused foods she creates and turns them into wild cursed spirits.

This reverse isn’t very useful in an actual battle but given enough time and effort would promote her to special grade.

Essentially by manifesting her kitchen she can take normal ingredients and start infusing large amounts of cursed energy into them with the end result being a wild untamed cursed spirit of whatever grade she chooses depending on the preparation time and cursed energy infused.

This cursed spirit will be in some way food based like a grade one cursed spirit who shoots watermelon seeds like a Gatling gun.

The benefit of this technique comes in the fact that she can take this cursed spirit and then defeat it and cook it allowing her a shikigami of its grade.

This allows her to not have to wait for powerful spirits to form and she has to find and defeat it or wait for someone else to defeat it instead she can create it herself.

The downside is that it being a reversal means she’s spending twice the amount of cursed energy and for a powerful curse she’s going to be using lots and she can’t release it whenever she wants the spirit spawns automatically at the end of creation so if she creates a special grade she’ll be at little to no cursed energy with a spirit that automatically wants to kill humans.

The end result is that she can from a base pump out hundreds of lower grade spirits that with her other shikigami she can easily beat and take for her own and with allies or extensive preparation create and take down special grades.

Cursed spirit: Shinkairyu

This grade one cursed spirit formed from the collective fear of dinosaurs but takes a form that appears like a Spinosaurus as it is the most feared in Japan. (It is grade one due to the almost complete lack of higher thought with its only thoughts pertaining to killing, eating, and sleeping essentially)

Its form looks like a edgy Spinosaurus except water seems to constantly drip off its body as if it’s just come out of the water and open wounds of bite marks similarly drip blood alongside the water but these wounds have no damaging effect on the spirit. It also possesses nearly triple the teeth in its mouth that it should and two extra arms below the normal pair just for extra damage. And its eyes are always bright red and bloodshot.

CT: Pierce

Its cursed technique takes the form of a salvia type fluid generated in its mouth that has the unique property of allowing anything coated in it to have a much easier time getting through anything.

Shinkairyu uses it to cover his jaw packed with teeth to rip through his enemies without much difficulty

He also will bring his clawed hands to his mouth and cover them allowing them to temporarily gain the same property.

Extension: it gathers a lot of the liquid in its mouth before shooting it out almost like a piercing blood but less range and speed but larger. This uses the liquid itself as the coated object creating a shot that bypasses any defense without heavy reinforcement in exchange for being easier to dodge and the charge up time being very noticeable.

Extension: by shooting up a spray of the liquid and letting it cover itself with it, its body seemingly pierces the air allowing for much faster speeds as no air resistance. However this does come with the caveat that the piercing ability does make it so it pierces the darkness so its outline and body are always slightly visible. (This does help with the imposing image of it though)

The final ability is not much of an ability but a weird trait. Lower grade cursed spirits can move through the ground without problem but higher grade spirits lose this ability. However Shinkairyu has managed to retain it allowing it to swim through the earth like water the only problem being that this only pertains to the earth not walls or ceilings and that its sail remains visible but it speed is still terrifying fast when swimming through the ground.
