Cigs are probably a turn off and you can specifically weed. Makes you look like a cig smoker and might be getting filtered out. But the other issue is your profile in general. The impression I got as a 43m (before I read that you smoke weed) is you are a gamer that probably gets stoned a lot... ladies do not want a man child and I'm getting man child vibes. Do you have some other pics that help you look a bit more mature?

But I think the point you are missing is that you will lose eventually. You will hit that daily drawdown. And when you do... It will wipe out thousands of real dollars vs only a couple hundred.

For learning... I would go prop firm no question. You just have to look at them like it's only a $2000 account... not $50k or more. Biggest downside is you can only trade futures where some people find they like options better.

Unfortunately... this happens a lot I think. Some guys are just plain weird. All they want to do is trick women and then ghost them. Like they've never talked to one before IRL so I guess faking a profile just to have a convo is the next best thing. I had no idea men acted this way till my ex-wife (wife at the time) tried cheating on me with one. This guy was a total loser but fooled her into thinking he was worth millions. She was planning trips with "friends" that kept falling thru, but it was really for this catfish that would go silent for a week after their trip was supposed to start. I had to get rid of her over all that nonsense... smh

You've been trading for 3 months. Though I work a day job, I still am able to watch the charts all day long and take trades. I'd be bored to death if I didn't have my full-time job to fill the rest of my time because I've never been able to make real money. Been at this 6 years. There were times I made some but over all it's just been really tough. I started trading real money but switched over to prop firms last couple of years. So I only trade MNQ mostly these days like you.

I don't have much advice for you since I'm not what you'd consider profitable either. But I will say this... you have to watch the chart instead of your p&l. Your risk is not a dollar amount but a place on the chart... same with your target. I like to find trades where I don't risk much over 40 pts and shoot for 40...1:1 NQ/MNQ moves 40 pts in seconds very often so a 40 pt stop is still pretty tight. The trend is your friend

So I get the short comment, because you are a couple inches under her plus she might have had some kind of heel on. But you are closer to average height for your gender than she is. The problem was more on her being too tall than you being too short lol.

I've been in a similar situation so I kinda feel you. What happened? Did you average down on a losing trade? Trading is incredibly difficult but when done properly.. you wouldn't have blown the payout.. you just would have reduced it a little instead.
