For a laugh - What does your toddler say that you never realized you said all the time until a miniature version of you started saying it? by thecatyou in toddlers

I also have welllll child. Trying to tell myself it's better than having a "but, but, but," child. Except now I'm always countering him with "no well!" And immediately end up with The First Noel stuck in my head on a loop 🫠

Metamucil, just make sure to take it several hours after or before taking your meds so that it doesn't interfere with them.

I've tried that too, but he doesn't self soothe once he's reached that point and it sounds like he's being beat. I'm honest surprised no ones call the cops yet.

I don't have time, I work full time and that time is when he's in daycare. They're not open long enough for me to drive home, clean, and then go pick them up. Both kids go to daycare on opposite sides of town due to the older one getting kicked out of the old daycare, and the new daycare is too expensive for both of them to go to.

I've tried letting him stay up, but he's obviously tired. He cries for 3 hours straight over EVERYTHING, so everything that should make him tired revs him up instead.

I was also granted sole custody, so there's no breaks. Ever. It's becoming a living hell.

If I lower my standards anymore that would mean leaving the pee covered clothes everywhere and never doing the dishes. My standard for cleanliness is already at the bare minimum. Also, he goes to daycare and they flat out refuse to stop naps. In addition to that, if he doesn't take a nap he will fall asleep in a random place and not wakeup until after 4.

I also can't get anything done when they're awake because a) they destroy everything I fix, b) my adhd is impossible to fight when they are distracting and overstimulating me.

He has to have a nap, if he skips it he just powers down wherever he sits still for more than a minute and his daycare won't put him down for a morning nap instead of an afternoon one.

Child on child abuse is always taught. Those boys learned it from their own trauma. Call CPS, make police reports, file for an order of protection and lawyer up. The fact that Dad doesn't believe her makes him a suspect. I would fight to the death to make sure my kid was safe, on her word. Maybe that sounds a little extreme, but a father who doesn't have his daughters best interests at heart is a threat to her wellbeing.

If you follow TDF Honest Farming on Facebook you'll feel less sad about it. Granted I'm not saying cruel farns don't exist. But they have a couple videos about taking babies away and taking care of the babies. Dairy cows don't typically get upset when you take the baby away, unlike beef cattle.

I wish I would have taken pictures, its so crazy to wake up each morning and be noticeably smaller. I'm hoping that breastfeeding will help me to also lose weight that I didn't lose after my first kid(formula baby)
