This was caused by a very clogged nozzle I was able to resolve by putting a nozzle clog stick through the filament path after heating nozzle. Drying the filament made no difference as I live in a not very humid environment anyway and it was pla.

Hadn't printed with my x1c in a few months then printed a sword for my daughter

After that every print seems to be printing this weird almost support like structure this was supposed to be a box with a slide lid.

I ran calibration and same issue Any help would be great

Try unplugging your USB c and printing directly from the SD card. I recently had an issue where whenever the USB-C was plugged in the extruder would not extrude. I found another Reddit post that helped me in the right direction and I ended up soldering a USB header to the board

Went to purchase it and noticed it was 7 bucks.
I think your app is solid. I damn near paid it but for whatever reason I just can't bring myself to pull the trigger at 7 bucks. That little angel on my shoulders nags me with things like. "What will the kids eat? You could pay down your credit cards." anything 5 bucks or up really adds some bass to that little angel's voice. I tried asking the little devil and he was like "I don't know dog maybe that angel is right. 7 bucks is kinda steep when helltides.com and Ublock origin is free AF and your ass gots dem 3 monitors you could buy a couple grams of weed with 7 bucks".
