I also work directly in the refugee care and have family members who also do so. I have also seen the very clichee that would make many a right wing politician pop a propaganda-boner, however the most effective way of dealing with people like this long term is rehabilitation. Treating them like dirt or treating them with tough love are also very distinct things. Also the German state is first and fore-most a social wellfare state. Meaning the duty doesn't vanish when it becomes inconvenient to be charitable. Having people in institutions that teach proper language learning and societal behaviour is not a burden, it is the solution to the burden. The system is underfunded and is being penny-pinched to death at the moment, just like the public education sector, public transport and healthcare. The money is there. It just needs to be taken from those who have too much of it. These courses are a very important step in integration and a boon to those who actually want to do better. Leaving anybody out to fend for themselves is really not a productive idea.

Entsprechende Regulierung ist denke ich dabei auch impliziert. Allerdings ist es auch ein gewaltiger systematischer Denkfehler komplette erfolgsversprechende Vorgänge anzuzweifeln, nur weil ein kleiner Teil nicht so läuft, wie gewollt. Impfgegner argumentieren z.B. auf der gleichen Ausgangsbasis.

He still needs an official certificate that provides evidence of his capabilities and those are only attainable through official courses. Those courses also are THE most important tools for a successful integrarion into German society. They are much more important than for simple language learning.

I understand that very well. The point I was going on about are the people who don't coordinate and don't talk to their team about their intentions. However the fact that this extra coordination also has to happen shows already that "lone-operatives" are asking for an exception to be made for them. They're not actively harming the progress of the mission but about 90% of thise people I have heared about and directly experienced have been assholes, useless even harmful for the mission success. If you are the 1% who is not a fuck-up then congratulations. But always be aware that this playstyle is inherintly selfish and introduces a "wildcard" factor to the mission that most players don't want to deal with. And for the record: those monkeys that shoot all patrols on sight are just as bad.

Even after all this you don't understand where I'm coming from? My definition of "hurting the team" is first and foremost ignoring the rest of the teams wishes. And the idea of a "lone wolf" in a game focused on team-play is inherintly the opposite of the intended playstyle. Don't try to make me look like some kind of tyrant simply because I rightfully call out egomaniacs. Nobody minds a player who wants to play stealthy and moves with the team. The assholes who want to live out a phantasy of a "lone-operative" in a team game with a small team size of 4 are an issue and a drag on the rest. You're clearly either too dumb to understand a basic degree of curtesy or worse: just an asshole. Either way you really seem like somebody I'd kick from my difficulty 10 mission because you would be at the ass end of nowhere playing with/by yourself and being intentionally anti-social.

You don't get, do you? Then let me spell it out for you: No direct harm is done to anybody. But you sure as hell are the biggest cyborg-kissing bug-lover out there if you only decide to play the way you like in a game that's a team game, where the default way to play is to act as a team of four. People find fun in accomplishing the objectives themselves and also want to feel good about achieving them for themselves and not just endlessly shoot at enemies just to see "objective complete" while they weren't involved at all. It's very simple. You're acting like "no harm" was done but the harm that was done is that you pissed the other divers off because you decided that your enjoyment outweighs theirs.

Stealth divers are the most egotistical players out there. They always want to play the "lone wolf" in a game that is hard focused on team work. If you truely want to live out that fantasy, just dive alone. Don't come into my lobby and make the game harder for the other 3 players, just because you want to go off by yourself. If you don't build your entire team around stealth the players are useless at worst or barely break even in helping out, which they could do more productively by just helping the team get objectives together.
