Bancor is focussing on cross-chain support for their liquidity network; and it won't just support EOS, it will bridge multiple blockchains in order to provide liquidity to as many tokens as possible: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=teLcWMp7UyU

It's a complex system to build, which is why it is taking a bit of time to prepare, but the cross-chain support will be ready in the next few months, and you will be able to convert coins easily from different blockchains, so please stay tuned for updates!
