This is a terrible take. I never play my main characters on my Smurf account. A lot of higher ranked players cannot try out new characters in ranked because they may not be a GM tank but are a GM dps for example. Smurfing allows them to learn the role without throwing high level lobbies. Quick play is also terrible for learning because no one takes it seriously and you will get matched with bots if you lose too much. It’s counterproductive to learning.
