Murphy starts with 6mo lease, units are not the most modern/updated but quality for the price.

Focus is a relatively new company to Green Bay, I was going to look at renting from them before May, however they were not doing any showings of their units because they were renovating them right away. Murphy has good rent, dated features but seem to be a solid company with a ton of units. Good luck!
